Inside Sales & Customer Engagement Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Inside Sales & Customer Engagement Agent responsible for managing and developing a defined portfolio of retail accounts through structured outbound and inbound communication.

This is a revenue-supporting commercial role focused on driving reorders, reactivating inactive accounts, increasing portfolio penetration, and maintaining accurate CRM documentation.

This is not a customer service help desk role. It is a sales-oriented position with clear activity and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage a defined portfolio of retail accounts.

• Execute structured outreach via phone, email, and approved digital tools.

• Drive reorders, replenishment, and account reactivation.

• Identify sales opportunities based on order history, timing, and assortment gaps.

• Present approved product assortments, promotions, and commercial initiatives.

• Encourage broader portfolio adoption aligned with sales strategy.

• Log all interactions accurately and timely in CRM.

• Maintain updated account records, follow-ups, and pipeline visibility.

• Support order coordination and escalate issues according to internal guidelines.

• Operate strictly within approved pricing, promotional, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or account engagement.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and structured sales cadence.

• Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.

• CRM experience required.
