At Excello, we’re growing and looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support VA to support one of our clients. This is a hybrid role that combines customer support, follow-ups, and sales support tasks. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organized, and supporting daily operations.

What you’ll do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Follow up with clients and support ongoing requests

  • Assist with basic sales support and client communication

  • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks related to customer accounts

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in customer service or sales support

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

  • Attention to detail and follow-through

This is a remote role, paid on an hourly basis, with consistent schedules and long-term potential.
