Inside Sales Representative(B2B-Account Support)
Role Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will manage outbound and inbound communications with business accounts, maintain accurate CRM records, and support sales activities through structured follow-up and product/program education.
This is a relationship-driven, KPI-focused role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a structured sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls and emails with assigned B2B accounts
Support reorders, new product introductions, and account reactivation
Verify, update, and maintain accurate CRM data
Educate contacts on products, pricing, and available programs
Document interactions, objections, and next steps
Meet defined KPIs related to outreach, data accuracy, and call quality
Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service (B2B preferred)
Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, or similar)
Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
Comfortable working toward performance metrics
