About the Role

Excello is hiring a results-driven Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist to support one of our U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on outbound B2B calls, qualifying prospects, and generating warm leads for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted U.S. companies

  • Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities

  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers

  • Log activity and notes accurately in the CRM

  • Coordinate follow-ups and warm handoffs to Sales

  • Submit weekly activity reports

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of B2B cold calling or outbound lead generation experience

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Comfortable handling objections

  • Organized and target-driven

  • CRM experience preferred

  • Only Nicaraguan candidates will be considered

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
