Position Overview

Excello BPO is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to support one of our clients within their Weight Loss Program (WLP).

This is a revenue-focused, patient-facing role responsible for converting inbound leads, driving enrollments, managing renewals, and supporting retention initiatives. The selected candidate will own the full sales cycle while ensuring operational accuracy and a seamless client experience.

This position requires strong closing skills, structured follow-up, accountability for revenue goals, and the ability to work within defined systems and KPIs.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, RingCentral, and email

  • Conduct structured consultations explaining program structure, pricing, expectations, and benefits

  • Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward enrollment

  • Execute follow-up sequences to drive urgency and close sales

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within HubSpot and internal reporting tools

  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets


Patient Onboarding & Coordination

  • Schedule consultations, bloodwork, medication check-ins, and follow-up appointments

  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely processing of orders and prescriptions

  • Maintain accurate records across Acuity, Tebra, Asana, and client systems

  • Ensure smooth onboarding from enrollment through activation


Revenue & Retention Management

  • Maintain the WLP Master Sheet, tracking active patients, renewals, cancellations, and revenue performance

  • Proactively manage subscription renewals and reduce churn

  • Identify at-risk patients and execute retention outreach strategies

  • Convert potential cancellations into retention opportunities


Billing & Subscription Oversight

  • Monitor failed or declined payments and proactively resolve issues

  • Ensure accurate subscription setup and financial tracking

  • Escalate billing issues as required


Performance & Reporting

  • Track conversion rates, sales activity, retention metrics, and pipeline health

  • Maintain accurate dashboards and documentation

  • Provide feedback to optimize scripts, workflows, and patient journey

  • Contribute to monthly forecasting and performance reviews


Candidate Profile

  • Proven sales experience with strong closing skills

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

  • Strong objection-handling and consultative communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or subscription-based models preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards

  • Results-oriented with accountability for revenue and retention
