Position Overview:

Excello BPO is seeking a Consultative Sales Specialist to support a U.S.-based GLP-1 Weight Loss Program.

This is a revenue-focused, patient-facing role where trust, empathy, and structured sales skills are equally important. You will manage the full enrollment cycle, guiding prospective patients through sensitive health conversations while driving conversions and supporting long-term retention.

The ideal candidate is confident in sales, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and comfortable working within defined KPIs and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales & Enrollment:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email
  • Conduct structured consultations explaining program details, pricing, expectations, and benefits
  • Build trust through empathetic, patient-centered communication
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward informed enrollment decisions
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences to drive urgency and close sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets

Patient Experience & Retention

  • Support smooth onboarding from enrollment through activation
  • Manage renewals and proactively reduce cancellations
  • Identify at-risk patients and implement retention outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within CRM systems

Coordination & Operational Accuracy

  • Schedule consultations, lab work, medication check-ins, and follow-up appointments
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless client experience
  • Track sales activity, conversion rates, and retention metrics

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in consultative sales or enrollment roles
  • Strong closing skills combined with emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable navigating sensitive health-related conversations
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Performance-driven and accountable for revenue targets
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or subscription-based services is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
