Job Summary

Excello is seeking experienced Pre-Qualification Specialists to join our client’s team at our Invercasa office. In this role, you will speak directly with potential clients over the phone, gathering essential information and assessing their eligibility for Medicare-related services and programs.

You will play a key role in ensuring clients are properly screened and connected with the appropriate licensed representatives or departments, helping provide an efficient and positive experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to assess client eligibility for Medicare-related programs and services.
• Gather and verify basic personal information, coverage details, and qualification requirements.
• Use effective questioning and active listening skills to pre-qualify clients before transferring them to the appropriate team.
• Accurately document client information, call outcomes, and eligibility status in internal systems and CRMs.
• Maintain productivity goals while ensuring high-quality customer interactions and compliance standards.
• Provide a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience on every call.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex situations or resolve client concerns when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in sales campaigns is required.
• Experience in Medicare, health insurance, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center environments is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience handling high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, positive, and empathetic phone presence.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and dialer systems.
• Ability to follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines consistently.
