About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing construction and renovation company.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling appointments through consistent follow-up across multiple channels. You will play a key role in maintaining strong communication with both new and existing clients while supporting overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects from CRM databases
  • Re-engage past leads and follow up consistently via phone, email, and text
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM
  • Track daily outreach activities and follow-up sequences
  • Communicate promotions and services to potential and existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth appointment coordination

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales calling
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and consistent follow-ups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction, home services, or similar industries
  • Background in customer service or sales-driven environments

Work Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST, flexible)
  • Type: Remote
