About the role
We’re looking for experienced Real Estate Cold Caller VAs to support real estate investment clients. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and supporting acquisition efforts through quality conversations with property owners.

What you’ll do

  • Make outbound calls to property owners and sellers

  • Qualify real estate leads and set appointments

  • Follow up with warm leads as needed

  • Maintain accurate notes and lead updates

  • Support acquisition teams through consistent outreach

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience in real estate cold calling

  • Confident phone presence and strong communication skills

  • Familiarity with real estate conversations and terminology

  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely

This role is fully remote and compensated on an hourly basis, with consistent expectations and clear workflows.
