About the role
Excello is looking for motivated B2B Sales and Appointment Setting VAs to support outbound sales efforts for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable making calls, following scripts, and working toward clear performance goals.

What you’ll do

  • Make outbound B2B calls to business owners and decision-makers

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments

  • Follow scripts, call guidelines, and outreach processes

  • Update lead status and call outcomes accurately

  • Support basic lead generation when needed

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales support

  • Strong spoken English and confidence on the phone

  • Consistent, coachable, and results-driven mindset

  • Comfortable working remotely and meeting daily targets
