Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Coordinator to support a growing commercial construction company. This role combines outbound business development, appointment setting, and operational support to help generate new opportunities and maintain organized internal processes.
The ideal candidate is confident communicating with decision-makers, highly organized, and comfortable managing both sales outreach and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Appointment Setting
Conduct 25–35 outbound calls per day to prospective commercial clients
Introduce company services and communicate value propositions effectively
Identify and qualify decision-makers
Schedule meetings for leadership (CEO and Director of Real Estate Operations)
Track calls, notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
Send follow-up emails and manage lead engagement
Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent outreach
Marketing Support
Assist with outreach aligned with active marketing campaigns
Follow up on marketing emails through outbound calls
Send personalized follow-ups to warm leads
Support contact list organization and campaign tracking
Operations & Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Project Coordinator
Organize and maintain digital documentation and files
Track receipts and assist with expense documentation
Support basic bookkeeping processes (QuickBooks familiarity preferred)
Maintain strong communication with internal teams during U.S. business hours
Requirements
3+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or phone-based sales roles
Experience speaking with decision-makers or executives
Strong objection-handling and communication skills
Previous full-time remote work experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Cloud storage platforms (Dropbox or similar)
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience in commercial construction or contractor services
Experience with Contractor Foreman or CompanyCam
Experience supporting marketing campaigns or email outreach
