The Junior Recruiter will support the recruitment process for one of our clients by assisting with early-stage hiring activities. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth, organized, and efficient candidate experience while supporting Managers throughout the hiring cycle.

Entry-level position, ideal for candidates with limited or early experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Review and screen resumes to evaluate initial candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and basic fit.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support other entry-level administrative tasks as needed
