Job Description – Customer Service (Legal Account)
We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service professional to support our Legal Account. This role involves working directly with existing and new clients who are actively involved in ongoing case resolution processes, providing consistent support, clear communication, and accurate case documentation throughout different stages of their journey.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing ongoing client relationships, handling sensitive information, and adapting to different workflows while ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and new clients, handling inbound and outbound communications via phone and email.
Provide updates, guidance, and general support to clients regarding their case status and next steps.
Gather, verify, and document client information accurately across different lines of business.
Support multiple workflows depending on the assigned line of business, adapting to varying procedures and requirements.
Coordinate follow-ups, requests, and internal handoffs to ensure timely case progression.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and databases.
Assist with documentation, forms, and case-related administrative tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with internal processes while delivering a professional and empathetic client experience.

Excellent listening, interviewing, and information-gathering skills.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to summarize client information clearly for attorney review.
Basic understanding of legal processes and case intake (training provided as needed).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in email, word processing, spreadsheets, and database/CRM systems.
