Job Description – Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of one of Excello’s valued clients. You will act as a trusted partner to a dynamic CEO, managing scheduling, communication, and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and focus on high-impact priorities.

The ideal candidate has a polished professional presence, strong attention to detail, and proven experience supporting senior executives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Draft, review, and respond to emails and communications professionally.

  • Organize tasks and priorities to keep workflows smooth and deadlines met.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports; maintain organized digital files.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

  • Conduct research and provide actionable insights when needed.

  • Support client onboarding and follow-ups.

  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and PowerPoint.

  • Proactive, able to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities independently.
