Pre-Qualification Specialist
Job Summary
Excello is seeking experienced Pre-Qualification Specialist to join our client’s team at our Invercasa office. In this role, you will work directly with potential clients over the phone, gathering essential information and pre-qualifying them for Medicare plans.
This position requires prior experience with Medicare plans, processes, and patient eligibility. You will play a key role in ensuring clients are properly screened, helping deliver efficient and accurate support from the very first contact.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to assess client eligibility for Medicare services.
Gather and verify basic personal and insurance-related information.
Use effective questioning and active listening to pre-qualify clients before transferring.
Accurately document client responses and eligibility status in internal systems.
Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring call quality standards are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when needed.
Requirements
Previous experience working in Medicare campaigns is a must (eligibility, plan types, pre-qualification, etc.).
Sales/appointment setting, healthcare, or call center experience is a strong plus.
Great communication skills – verbal and written.
Experience handling high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, positive, and empathetic phone manner.
Accurate data entry and attention to detail are essential.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
