Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to assist a client specializing in print-on-demand merchandise. The role involves marketing and social media management, sales support, customer service, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, with experience in outreach, social media platforms, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Social Media
- Create and manage social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to showcase work and success stories.
- Post consistent updates on past projects, client testimonials, and new product offerings.
- Gather information and photos from the client for website and Etsy store updates.
Sales Support and Client Outreach
- Research potential clients and industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, fitness) that could benefit from the services.
- Build a list of multi-location businesses and initiate contact (via calls, texts, or emails).
- Follow up on leads from networking events or other sources.
Customer Service
- Call clients to provide order updates and collect feedback to improve services.
- Identify upselling opportunities and follow up with clients to thank them for their orders.
- Offer promotions for repeat customers.
Administrative Support
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing the calendar, and keeping projects on track.
- Maintain an organized database of products, designs, and pricing for quick access.
