Lead Generation/Qualification Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation & Qualification Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers across the U.S., engage them with professionalism and empathy, assess their mortgage needs through strategic qualifying questions, and seamlessly transfer eligible leads to our licensed loan officers. This is a fast-paced, results-driven position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects to introduce and promote a variety of mortgage products, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Reverse Mortgages.
Use scripted and dynamic qualifying questions to evaluate customer interest and eligibility for home loans or refinancing options.
Live-transfer pre-qualified leads to licensed loan officers for follow-up and closing.
Accurately document call outcomes, lead details, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call and qualification targets.
Qualifications:
Fluent English speaker with near-native proficiency and excellent verbal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an outbound call center environment, preferably in lead generation or sales.
Basic understanding of mortgage or financial services is preferred (comprehensive training provided).
Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging phone presence.
Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and remain composed under pressure.
Proficient in using CRM platforms and call center software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
