Now Hiring: Soft Sales Representative – Wellness & IV Therapy

Compensation Package:

• $700 base salary

• Performance-based bonuses

Requirements:

• Prior experience in soft sales and/or upselling

• Great customer service skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to listen actively and guide clients with empathy

• Comfortable using basic digital tools and customer tracking systems

• Interest in health, wellness, or medical services is a plus

Your Role:

IV Therapy Support

• Respond to inbound client inquiries about IV drip treatments

• Understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate wellness options

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the nursing team

• Follow up after appointments to offer continued care and support

Weight Loss Program Guidance

• Provide information about our physician-led weight loss programs

• Guide clients through available options with clarity and empathy

• Build relationships through regular check-ins and supportive outreach

Client Engagement & Retention

• Reach out to past clients who haven’t booked recently

• Share current promotions and wellness bundles in a respectful, low-pressure manner

• Maintain detailed client notes and follow-up tasks in the customer system
