Overview
The primary responsibility of the Client Intake Specialist is to receive and make calls to evaluate prospective clients for the firm. This role ensures that all new leads are guided through the intake process with professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Contact prospective clients and conduct detailed case evaluations using the Lead Management System (LMS), Client Management System (CMS), and all approved qualification criteria.
Clearly explain the firm’s services, requirements, expectations, and standards to all prospects.
Promote and positively represent the benefits of the firm’s services during every interaction.
Accurately document all communication with prospects, ensuring all data and outcomes are entered according to company policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed performance standards established by management, understanding that metrics may adjust based on business needs.
Respond to incoming calls as needed, answering questions from clients and leads.
Complete special projects and additional assignments as directed.
Maintain high levels of data integrity through consistent and accurate documentation in accordance with current policies.
Requirements
Include but are not limited to:
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities; comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work patiently and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the firm.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and perform effectively under pressure.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
