Excello is partnering with one of our clients in the pool construction technology industry to find a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative CRM platform that is transforming how construction companies manage projects, proposals, and workflows.
💡 What You’ll Do
Lead customer onboarding calls and help configure workflows, pricing groups, proposals, and integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook/Gmail, QuickBooks).
Deliver hands-on training to ensure customers adopt best practices from day one.
Track onboarding progress to achieve 90%+ completion rates.
Build long-term customer relationships through ROI-focused reviews, workflow optimization, and proactive support.
Monitor customer usage and health metrics to drive adoption and prevent churn.
Partner with Sales to support renewals and upsell opportunities.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Training.
Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems and integrations.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A problem-solver who thrives on helping customers succeed.
✨ Bonus Points if you bring experience in construction/field services, SaaS environments, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
