Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as Customer Service for our Legal Account. In this role, you will handle initial client contact, gather information, and assist with evaluating potential legal cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with potential clients via phone and email to understand their needs.
Perform preliminary research to evaluate potential cases.
Assess the compatibility of potential clients’ cases with our areas of expertise.
Coordinate initial consultation appointments with attorneys.
Assist in onboarding new clients by completing necessary paperwork and organizing initial case files.
Accurately input client data into our systems.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Key Skills:
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment.
Medical experience required.
Strong listening and interviewing skills to gather relevant client information.
Clear written and verbal communication to guide clients and create concise profiles for attorneys.
Basic understanding of various legal specialties to assess case suitability.
Strong organizational skills to manage client contact and case information efficiently.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and database software.
